From p. 42 of the last 10Q:
"Richard Heddle will serve as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer for the foreseeable future."
Do "interim" and "foreseeable future" mean until JB's 5 years of "probation" are up?
Has JB ever really given up the reins (and the reign) other than in name only?
