Hi BobR,
the dividend (i.e.Regen shares) will be payed pro rata for the amount of BMSN-shares you hold at the Record date, which is (depending on the paper work to be done) in a few days or maybe weeks (pls. re-read the PR concerning record date). So everybody still can buy (or sell / flip whatever) until the record date is set. Of course, adding or re-entering might be more expensive today, but we will see what happens in less than 3 hours
