Meach, I outlined a while back that Regen presently has more than 500,000,000 shares issued as of May (mistakenly once said July) 2013. Koos laid out his plan for Regen at the onset. There is only one reason for a subsidiary to be issued this many shares and that is to go public. BMSN is not for sale, correct. But, Regen and all of its IP will be as per his plan.
