That may be so , or we are stuck in a place where day traders are taking advantage of the small up and down ticks. We need back to back to back good news and maybe if Teco could hold back some good news till we have enough to sustain one news release after another causing a surge . But if we release news then have a up tic then the traders take us back down till the next release we will stay as a cyclical stock . break out ,that's why I'm long.
