Most people don't know how to invest (averaging down and / or buying stocks that are out of favor) or trade.
$CYBK has had a major fall in share price without any dilution: it's a stock that's simply out of favor right now. Who knows when it'll change, but clean shells without any news can sell for $500k. $CYBK has a completed acquisition, LOI's and other acquisitions in the works. Just takes one spark and interest here will be huge.
