that is the question that potential investors need to ask themselves when deciding when and how much they invest/trade.
i do find it amusing here that when koos diluted a bit a couple of months ago that people were using the attitude "well you gotta pay for the research and work with money and since we dont have revenue streams the company uses their shares to raise the funds" in light of the first round of delays.
now we have a second round of delays that appear to me to be scientifically justified and koos needs to pay for more work/research and we are all harping on him and screaming bloody murder and dilution dilution dilution!
shitty from him no doubt to issue those promos and suspiciously timed promos, but I am betting my shares that we will get FDA approval prior to a huge increase in OS.
