S/S and Dilution Comments
Right now the S/S can be projected out until Feb 2014 (switch to Preferred Offerings) based on the financials.
Projected O/S Feb 2014: 1 billion (just over)
The company will be able to sell in Europe and Canada during the 1Q 2014.
