guess bashers dont even see the contradictions in thier own posts -the same guy posts how KMG doesnt exist and at same time says KMG has ownership of the mine.
parent CWRN and wholly owned sub PanAm own the mine- and the new KMG sub will be created to hold stock in the mine- dont know exactly why but possibly to consolidate several mines under the same KMG banner-e.g Navial has a mine right next to Baja 14- will have to wait and see why they are using this approach
we are guessing due to Geos fishing expedition and brads personal experience w the same that he is waiting to file everything at once at conclusion of TX case-which was scheduled for this week but delayed due to pretrial jockeying -which, while a logical businesslike approach, is frustrating to stockholders who want more info now.
