parent CWRN and wholly owned sub PanAm own the mine- and the new KMG sub will be created to hold stock in the mine- dont know exactly why but possibly to consolidate several mines under the same KMG banner-e.g Navial has a mine right next to Baja 14- will have to wait and see why they are using this approach
