Realistically DTL market makers also manipulated Facebook from the outset of the IPO, and they have done the same for Line Energy and others.  So TECO is not the only company that this has happened to.  As for a milestone, probably when TECO gets to cashflow positive, there should begin to be a lot more interest as they then become a part of the top 10-20% of BB companies that show positive earnings.
