Sky440, Inc. is in the process of acquiring a leading regional distributor located in Orange County, California. The target company is profitable and revenues have been growing year over year.
Upon completion of this acquisition, we will then turn our efforts into acquiring additional regional IT distributors (currently in active discussions).
We intend to reach the $100 Million in revenue mark within 2-3 years and shortly afterwards become a key competitor to the large global distributors leveraging this business model.
