Thanks Cool for your well thought out explanation on why and how the PPS is effected. My avg. is a little over $.05.  I do get a bit antsie when this happens, but am learning each day not to panic. I know Teco real back up what they have put out in PR's. Just taking a bit longer than all expected it too. But with patience comes the reward.
