Matt is well aware that by November of this year will mark Year Number 1 of the 2 year plan. By November of 2012, which is right around the corner, I am going to go out on a limb and say the following items will be accomplished by Nov 30th 2012:

- Increase in TA clients within current, active TA business

- Acquisition of Brokerage for Mergers & Acqusitions and for Retail Investors

- Filed Audited financials with an SEC filing and OTCBB reporting status obtained

- With brokerage license obtained and shortly after, multiple private companies going public through Baron Capital

If he accomplished these above items by end of year 1 of the 2 year plan I would say he is doing better than many expected and will far exceed his goals by the end of the 2 year plan in November of 2013
