I agree that if the analysis has been accurate then the oil will come after the wells completion. Are you implying the new drilling company has multiple crews and one crew will complete the drilling process on Stockton #2 and then their completion team moves in while the drillers move onto the next well in parallel? Now that would be efficiency.
