Ahh, I see. That makes me curious2know what the project V tech is going to look like. It would have to be entirely different for the US patent office to not think that the design is an "obvious" extension of the patents for atomization ecig devices, etc. Any company can apply for a patent and RFMK should do it, that is great, I just do not think the US Patent office will grant anymore ecig patents and there are only so many ways to vaporize substrates. RFMK has trademarked and now achieved the non-compete with their producer, I think that may be all that can be accomplished. Its good news, but nothing over which to jump for joy.
