Govt entities make mistakes all the time.
Didn't I hear about one govt entity losing 67 million dollars ?! Yes I did
And that was recently and they didn't admit to losing it , they are claiming its just misplaced ! Lol !!
So yes they do make mistakes.
In fact I have a story of my own.
They were wrong but never admitted it.
