I haven't asked about that. The last thing I know is that he was talking about S-1 filings (back in April/May??). The PR indicates an uplisting to OTCQB. That's the highest pinksheet tier (two tiers higher than pink current where BCAP was).

To me its much more important to have the audit completed (which would permit the uplist and a BOD announcement), acquisition of companies (TA, brokerage, etc.), timely PR's and filings, no dilution, revenue growth etc. than the actual exchange BCAP is traded on.

If its a specific concern of yours, consider emailing Matt and sharing his responses with the board.
