If you'd like a guess on 3Q revenues from the 4,000 locations using the web-portal: $3.6M
One of the earlier PR's stated revenues of $600-800 per month per portal. So assume the web-portal is 50% less efficient, that would be $300 / month x 3 months x 4,000 locations = $3.6M
Then to increase efficiency the tablets or kiosks are brought into the better locations (sometime in 4Q2013).

"Cyber-Thingy™ will receive a one-time payment of $3,600 per machine and expects to receive a monthly revenue share of approximately $600-$800 per month per machine."
