It clearly says that the 2000 hours of newly acquired programming will supplement the existing 8 programs. I am assuming that the Safe Cracker show as well as Code 9 & What is Amy Eating are included in the original 8 programs.
VU Television which was due to kick off September 23rd, will now launch October 29th 2013, in order to add more programs to its roster.
Were VU to launch as planned, it would have 8 episodic TV series in its rotation schedule. The move will allow the VU to come out of the gate with an additional 2000+ hours of programing from a recent content acquisition.
