Shame to feed one of the devils in OTC land, the dreaded Asher.... see that no one today mentioned this is a concern, maybe they have not been around long enough to have tasted 1st hand the damage a financier like Asher can do......

The filing was initiated at this time, due to the necessity of the agreements with Asher Enterprises and the associated convertible loans and convertible loan document requirements.
