So 2020, If you had spent the same amount of money on each price of investment from .07 to .01, then your actual average would be about .025, possibly less.  So as of today you would only be down a little.  Did you do that?  If so, then when the pps crosses above .025 you'll be ahead of the investment game for TECO.  And you could easily double from that point.  Now go fill up your coffee cup so at least you can say it's half full instead of half empty.
