Are they going to have batteries of their own at Stockton, or will they be incorporated into the Mitchell tanks?? Anybody Know??  Saw the drilling effort on Treaty Facebook, and as of OCT 3rd was the posting, they were at 2350 feet, going 50/60 feet per  hour.
