FOI is "Freedom of Information". I requested a status update for HemaXellerate to prove that the IND is in fact genuine and that it would be determined that the Hema IND is under consideration during the date by which the denial is issued. I knew the FDA would deny my request. The request was to prove the validity of the application and present consideration (i.e., valid and not denied). Such was done.
