Again the statement from the SEC isn't remotely close to what your post stated.  You posted that KMAG was suspended for being "misleading, plain and simple".  KMAG has NOT been indicted, they were placed on Greys because of questions.

There's a huge difference between having questions arise regarding accuracy and what you stated "misleading, plain and simple".  Your post was blatantly misleading.
