FYI:
Before our fabulous gubment shutdown, the FDA snail mailed me the FOI denial letter. Not bad timing I suppose...about three weeks. Actually, I am quite impressed.
The denial reason: "Trade secret and confidential commercial information, in general, and, information not previously disclosed, in an active Investigational New Drug Application (IND), in particular."
I'll scan and upload tomorrow.
So, there you have it...the FDA has provided written proof, dated 01 October 2013, that there is currently an active IND for HemaXellerate being considered by the FDA.
