The rule for filers such as AEGY and SKTO is that the Q's are due 45 days after quarter end and the annual (includes Q4) is due 90 days after end of fiscal year. If FY ends Dec 31, annual is due 90 days later. If FY ends July 31, annual is due 90 days later. In all cases, filers can elect to file before the given deadlines.
