Short Term investments, would 1 preferred share for 100,000 common sale, be considered short term, with the remainder of the preferreds left that was not sold. I know you would take a tax hit but selling part of your holdings be considered short term and as much as you stated?.
The reason Im asking is, would you take a hit like this everytime you converted a preferred and sold? If so, I would wait until you had a few preferreds coverted before cashing in, less of a hit, am I correct?? Maybe a while but you would be able to save, shit if you want to wait that long.. LOL maybe congress will shut down for good and we dont ever have to pay taxes again...LOL
