Well, I saw that what I was told is being twisted on the other board.  To clarify, I believe the company knows what they are trying to achieve and that the S-1 will happen, to coincide with the legend being removed.  We will either then be able to deposit the certs into our account and sell them or the Market Specialist will absorb all of them for one price and sell them for a profit. IMO.
