What counts are completed action items. The interviews mostly give forward guidance, the filings confirm what's complete.
The only good news is CYBK hasn't been run-up prior to the financials (and even news), so it's not likely to collapse in share price once something is released. The lack of timely reporting is a real negative for many reasons to investors and particularly small shareholders (traders will do their own thing in any event).
