I think you are on the right track. The people that can make or break the studies should have more say in the business operations. But, it has to be done with finesse. Back anyone into a corner and they feel threatened. The object of the game is to transition to a better company for all involved.
But, this will not happen before the company brings one thing to the market. Right now, the company is dependent on the selling of shares. Its not like Min is selling fruit at an intersection. The company has to become profitable, or have some type of income coming in. Our influence can destroy this company before it even gets a chance. Once they get FDA approval, once they get funding for human trials, and once they have BP interested in buying, then there could be demands done or negotiations.
We need to figure out how our influence and involvement can help this company. Koos has everyone's balls in a vice and is controlling everything, which he probably has more invested in this than anyone. Destroying Koos is not helping us one bit. We need to see BMSN become profitable in order for us to make a change. Koos is aligning people and patents of what can be a very successful company in the future. The best bet for us and all is to allow it to happen and not destroy it before it does. Once it makes money, then lets discuss a change.
Just my two cents, for I wish the PPS was 2 cents.
