Please see my previous psot to this one to another poster re: finra reports.  There is NOT a registered firm or hardly and registered reps that do not have active and former complaints in their FINRA file.  and over the past 7-8 years it has become increasingly worse.  FINRA files are not SEC documents...to be clear, SEC complaints are only put out when they are SO, and they know they are correct...FINRA on the otherhand posts junk and asks questions later...THIS IS FACT.

SEC REPORTS ARE THE GOLD STANDINARD OF PUBLIC INFO...FINRA MAY CONTAIN USEFUL INFORMATION, BUT MAY BE JUNK AS WELL....I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP BASED ON PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE OVER THE LAST 23 YEARS.
