I believe most already know this info, just thought that I would share .  I e-mailed Anita and she responded,  "call me".  I did, I believe it was Jay who answered, I asked about "Origination of Documentation Letter", which is what TD Ameritrade's Risk Analytics Department said they needed, in order to deposit the certs into our account.  Jay said the company would PR in late Nov with the process of getting the Legend removed with the TA. The restriction will be lifted 6 months from the date on the 100,000 common certs.  My cert, if not all certs, says 06 18 '13.  Hopefully, a Market Specialist will just purchase them without selling piece meal.  GLTY.
