Nothing will come out of that except bad news.  Best case, it causes delays with the support for Regen through Benitec.  Worst case, the agreement between Regen and Benitec becomes null and void.  Thereby causing the drug/treatment to either never be completed or at a minimum total redisigned.  I have seen this before with pennies, when people start calling the vendors/creditors it never ends well.
