if the FACTS from a LAW Firm were not True or had mistakes, since they we're based on FINRA's allegations and Ault admitting in the transactions etc... is it me or the site that took the info from FINRA is the cause ? so stating that my FACTS can be way OFF and sometimes wrong is disrespectfull, i post to warn others and/or update on a scam that investors lost TONS OF FREAKING MONEY and those crooks get away with it, at least we see some legal actions taken against them, no one is gonna stop me from posting Good News to the investment community that some scammers/fraudsters/ponzi schemes, insider tradiers etc... got what they diserved either by getting Fined/suspended or sent to jail, that's my POV i simply post awareness on scams and theres no problem by doing so.

BTW you pointed out a post that was posted before the "Cease & Desist letter" there was an update afterwards, which i didn't see, then you say that my posts is non factual and/or wrong .. LOL !!!
