Yes, can't underestimate Leo when it comes to getting things done.  Watching some of these bio's react when an IND is filed is exciting, as much as I try to keep emotion out of the game it's still a trip. And QUITE the reward for us!
ZGNX just filed theirs and it is getting some decent premarket, the reason I mention that one is because of the overlay of volume and price action compared to CTIX. Volume wise, when these puppies wake up, they wake up!
