I read the entire post. While I have issues with Todd Ault I wanted to read the case to see if what you said is true.

Well he was never charged a crime, in fact the case says "its not a finding of fact"

I also see that he is only paying back 2 investors from 2008 regarding trades when he was a stock broker. (read the case)

He is suspended for 2 years from being a stock broker.

I like to read what you have to say and I understand you have issue with Todd as do I, but your facts are flat out wrong. Read the case. Its also completely a civil issue. There is no crime here.

The lawyer wh's link you posted has also been removed, he Apologize for the link you post from. see The link. Your link does not work now because the law firm had to remove it.

I point this out because in the end the facts matter and your post in just complete off when it comes to the facts.

Take from this what you must but everyone should try to get the facts right.
