three questions
1. With the partial gov shut down, what are your FDA contacts saying about how the agency will hande IND, PFUDA submissions? Will they take them during the shut down or are all biotech companies on hold until the douchebags in DC figure their crap out?
2. Since you seem to have a line to Koos, have you attempted to contact him with your questions/concerns?
3. Why would Koos have you sign a NDA when you are just an investor in the company? And since you have stated he wasn't truthful with you, why even adhere to the NDA? What could he have said that was important that he didn't want you repeating? I just don't get it.
