What do you make of this part:
• AGIJ Management is aware of some reports and rumors circulating of the
Korean management or principals brush with USA regulators in the past.
• This is of concern with AGIJ Management in view that Colagenna would
remain a minority shareholder.
Do they leave the Korean direction? Seems to me honestly... The early alert seemed more positive on this matter
