To support increased processing capabilities, North Bay has made important upgrades, including the addition of a water holding tank and the installation of a new pump system. This innovative recirculation system allows for water to be efficiently reused from the tailings pond, enhancing the mill's capacity to nearly 96 tons per day. Previously, the mill was restricted to a maximum of 20 tons per day with limited operational hours. With the new system in place, continuous milling operations are now achievable, significantly increasing productivity.

The Fran Gold Project spans 34,360 acres and holds strategic importance due to its proximity to other significant mining operations. The ongoing exploration has revealed over 50,000 feet of diamond drilling completed across 104 holes. The results are promising, showing a substantial gold deposit measuring 3,700 feet long and deep, along with well-defined gold veins rich in content.
