Before her tenure at MetLife, Podlogar dedicated 16 years to Johnson & Johnson, where she held various leadership roles, including Global Head of Human Resources for Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical Research & Development. Her early career also includes experiences with Bayer Pharmaceutical, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and William M. Mercer.
