Effective September 1, 2025, Dr. Hillis-Clark will step into this crucial position, bringing a wealth of experience to the organization. Her background in nonprofit leadership spans over 25 years, particularly focused on supporting individuals dealing with behavioral health challenges, intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as autism spectrum disorders.

Dr. Hillis-Clark joined KenCrest earlier in the year as Vice President of Programs, where she made notable contributions by enhancing the program framework and promoting collaborative efforts. Dr. Hillis-Clark’s career began at Devereux as a Primary Therapist, eventually rising to Executive Director, where she oversaw services impacting over 1,200 families each year. Her diverse background integrates expertise in both clinical practice and operational oversight, equipping her to lead KenCrest confidently into the future.

Educational & Professional Qualifications

Holding a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College and a Master's in Social Work from Temple University, she also possesses dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Cabrini College. Dr. Hillis-Clark is a Licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania and has certifications as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist.

Her commitment extends beyond KenCrest, with active participation in statewide committees and advocacy coalitions aimed at improving mental health outcomes. Her impending appointment to the Radnor Township Civil Service Committee underscores her dedication to public service and community welfare.
