Montana-Based Grant Dickson Joins Firm
Kilpatrick has announced the addition of Grant Dickson as Counsel to its internationally recognized corporate practice, specifically enhancing its Mergers & Acquisitions and Venture Capital Teams. While Mr. Dickson will be associated with the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, he will continue to reside in Bozeman, Montana, where he has built a robust legal practice for nearly a decade. Prior to this new role, he was with Silverman Law in Bozeman.
With almost two decades of experience, Mr. Dickson has represented a diverse range of businesses, private equity firms, and venture capitalists in various corporate and transactional matters. His comprehensive practice includes advising clients on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, contracts, compliance issues, and both equity and debt financing strategies. Additionally, he has extensive experience in real estate transactions, which span the purchase and sale of hotels, resorts, agricultural ranches, and commercial leasing agreements.
Before joining Kilpatrick, Mr. Dickson established a significant part of his career with one of the largest law firms globally, where he represented numerous clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), as well as federal courts and state public utility commissions. His clientele encompassed electric and gas utilities, independent power producers, project developers, and manufacturers of renewable technology.
