We're thrilled to share that exciting developments are underway at KENT WORLDWIDE. Currently, we are finalizing a multi-year project that involves restoring the historic McKee Button Company factory into a modern office space for our Consumer Brands segment. Furthermore, we are set to inaugurate a new cat litter manufacturing facility this fall to cater to the market demand for our highly regarded World's Best Cat Litter. Since 2018, we have successfully completed four international acquisitions, allowing us to extend our presence in markets including Australia and the United Kingdom.
