Jumpstart Your Fitness Goals with iResolve for 2026
Global Community Encouraged to Plot Goals for a Healthier 2026
As a new year approaches, HealthCode, in collaboration with the Texas Children in Nature Network, is reaching out to individuals worldwide to embrace their fitness resolutions with the iResolve virtual activity challenge launching on January 1.
Steve Amos, the CEO and founder of HealthCode, expressed, "January signifies new beginnings and making resolutions. After the holiday rush, iResolve offers everyone a chance to step into 2026 by committing to healthier lifestyles." He adds that this initiative promotes setting achievable fitness goals while also emphasizing fun, particularly engaging families and children with nature.
The Texas Children in Nature Network is a grassroots coalition connecting over 1000 individuals and organizations. They work towards enhancing children's and families' experiences in nature, fostering healthier and happier lives.
Sarah Coles, Executive Director of the Texas Children in Nature Network, emphasized the importance of physical activity and time spent outdoors for a balanced lifestyle. She remarked, "HealthCode's iResolve challenge makes it simple for families to stay active while enjoying nature. As we begin 2026, engaging with the environment boosts physical activity, enhances focus in educational settings, fosters creativity, encourages teamwork, and helps alleviate stress."
The iResolve virtual activity challenge is set to launch on January 1 and will take place throughout the entire month. Participants can register on the dedicated iResolve page and establish their individual mileage goals for January. Throughout the month, the progress of participants will be tracked globally, where their walking, running, cycling, or swimming activities contribute to the overall leaderboard.
What's great about iResolve is that participants have flexibility; they can initiate the challenge at any point in January and still log any activity they complete throughout the month. They can manually enter their exercise into the HealthCode activity tracker or automatically sync it via various apps and wearable devices.
In its current edition, HealthCode aims to raise funds that will directly benefit the Texas Children in Nature Network. Participants have the opportunity to set up fundraisers through HealthCode's platform, FundDash, enabling them to establish fundraising targets and share them with friends and family via email or social media platforms.
Organizations interested in joining can sign up through the HealthCode website.
Since its inception in 2014, over 199,974 participants have engaged in HealthCode's virtual events, collectively achieving an astonishing 21 million miles and accumulating over 328 million minutes of physical activity, effectively burning approximately 2.4 billion calories.
