His impressive track record also includes his tenure at the Medical University of South Carolina, where he was a program director for the neurosurgery residency program and chief of the neuroscience department.

Dr. Turner earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut before pursuing his medical degree at Karol Marcinkowski University of Medical Sciences in Poznan, Poland. His comprehensive training continued at the Cleveland Clinic, where he completed his residency in neurological surgery and a fellowship in endovascular neurosurgery. Dr. Turner has contributed significantly to the medical field, with over 150 peer-reviewed publications and involvement in more than 70 pre-clinical and clinical research studies.
