The Management Board is excited to announce the upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders. The event is set to take place on a Tuesday at 10:30 AM at the Company’s premises, located at Sõjakooli 11. Registration for shareholders will occur from 10:15 AM until the start of the meeting.
Agenda for the Meeting

1. Election of Meeting Officials

Next, the shareholders will review and approve the audited annual report for the financial year, which ended recently. An extensive report will be presented, reflecting the Company's performance and financial status.
3. Resolution to Cover Previous Year Loss
The Company faced a net loss of 3,875,000 Euros in the last financial year. As per regulations, it is up to shareholders to decide how to address this loss. A proposal has been put forward to cover the loss using retained earnings from previous periods.
4. Appointment of the Auditor
Ernst & Young Baltic AS has provided audit services in the previous financial year and is recommended for continued service for the years 2025 to 2027, as they have presented the best quotation along with quality service.
Administrative Matters to Consider
According to relevant Corporate Laws, shareholders eligible to participate in the meeting will be verified seven days prior, as of the end of the working day of the securities registrar. Shareholders have rights to inquire about the Company's activities during the meeting, although the Management Board can refuse requests if it poses a risk to the Company's interests.
To enhance transparency, shareholders representing at least 1/20 of the capital can propose agenda items, provided requests are made ahead of time. Amendments to the agenda may require significant participation from shareholders for approval, reflecting the collaborative nature of decision-making.
