ImageFIRST, recognized as a leader in healthcare linen services, is thrilled to announce its 5th Annual HeroesFIRST Contest. This national initiative is dedicated to honoring healthcare heroes who consistently elevate the patient experience through their exceptional contributions and unwavering commitment. The HeroesFIRST program aligns with the core values of ImageFIRST: Be Safe, Be Honest, Be Respectful, and, most importantly, Be Remarkable.
Nominations and Selection Process
Currently, nominations are being accepted from ImageFIRST Service Team members and Customer Advocates stationed across 80+ markets nationwide. From this extensive pool of nominations, 20 outstanding finalists will be chosen and showcased in an online voting event open to the public. The top eight heroes, determined by the number of votes, will win a share of an impressive $16,500 in monetary prizes, recognizing their dedication to enhancing patient experience.

Last year’s HeroesFIRST campaign saw an incredible 486 nominees. After an extensive nationwide voting process, the contest crowned its top eight winners, with Paula Cote from New Hampshire taking home first place. Paula expressed her gratitude, stating, “It is a true honor to receive recognition from an organization as outstanding as ImageFIRST.
