Springate arrives at Horizon Family Brands armed with an impressive background that spans over 25 years in the food and beverage landscape, focusing on building renowned brands by leveraging deep consumer insights. His transformative marketing approach has consistently yielded strong, sustained growth for multiple companies.

Previously, he served as the CMO at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) for eight years, where he played a key role in propelling Dr Pepper to become the second largest soft drink brand in the United States. Springate and his team achieved this remarkable milestone through a well-thought-out growth strategy, groundbreaking product innovations, and engaging marketing and advertising efforts. His leadership helped oversee the brand strategy for more than 125 brands, collectively generating sales exceeding $14B across beverage categories.
