Hi-View Resources Expands Claims in Toodoggone's Mining Hub
VANCOUVER, British Columbia — Hi-View Resources Inc. (‘Hi-View' or the ‘Company’) (CSE: HVW; OTCQB: HVWRF; FSE: B63) is excited to announce the recent acquisition of additional mineral claims. This significant step involves obtaining a 100% interest in approximately 613.24 hectares of land, strategically located next to the promising drilling discovery at the AuRORA porphyry target.
These new claims are not just a simple addition but are directly adjacent to Hi-View’s ongoing Lawyers East claim block, which itself borders the western flank of Amarc Resources Ltd.’s property. This proximity to an active exploration zone indicates the potential for exciting discoveries that could benefit Hi-View in its quest for mineral resources.
Recent Discoveries Boost Interest in Toodoggone
Hi-View Resources recognizes the robust activities taking place in the Toodoggone region, which is emerging as one of Canada’s premier mining districts. Following the significant AuRORA discovery, which is potentially one of the highest-grade porphyry finds in British Columbia to date, the excitement in the region continues to grow. There has been a notable investment in the area, including a substantial $24.5 million backing secured by Thesis Gold from Centerra Gold, aimed at funding an extensive drill program.
Additionally, Skeena Resources has contributed to the momentum by selling its Sophia project to TDG Gold and making an impressive strategic investment of $11.5 million. With such enthusiasm surrounding Toodoggone, Hi-View’s own land package, featuring historic drilling sites like Golden Stranger and the largely unexplored Southeast Block, sets the stage for a promising exploration season ahead.
Exploration Plans Underway
The management at Hi-View Resources is already in the planning stages for a follow-up exploration program on their extensive 9,787 Hectare Golden Stranger Project along with the Lawyers South, East, and West claim areas.
This proactive approach indicates Hi-View's commitment to advancing its exploration initiatives and capitalizing on the existing potential of its properties.
Agreement Details and Strategic Growth
As part of the acquisition process, Hi-View has successfully negotiated terms with three arms-length vendors, resulting in the issuance of 600,000 common shares and a cash payment of $1,073.16 for the claim blocks. This strategic move reflects Hi-View’s investment in its growth and expansion in an area rich with mineral exploration opportunities.
