This payment is due to all holders of Units and Class B LP Units, referred to as Unitholders, who are registered on April 30, 2025, with the actual payment date slated for May 15, 2025.
Details of the Cash Distribution
The distribution amount will be denominated in Euros but will be converted to Canadian dollars at the prevailing exchange rate on the payment date; this rate is anticipated to be around C$0.00783 per Unit and Class B LP Unit. For registered Unitholders, there will be an option to receive the distribution in Euros instead of Canadian dollars. However, it’s essential to note that if this election isn’t made, the registered Unitholders will automatically receive the distribution in Canadian dollars based on the calculated rate. Those holding beneficial Units do not have the choice to select Euros for their distribution. Previously, the cash distribution for March 2025 was C$0.00783 per Unit and Class B LP Unit.
Future Distribution Plans
As part of its ongoing commitment, ERES plans to maintain regular monthly distributions, which will be determined by the stewardship of the ERES Board of Trustees. Additionally, ERES Limited Partnership ensures that corresponding cash distributions are made to holders of Class B LP Units.
