Behzad, stepping into a Counsel role in the Real Estate Group, has over 11 years of experience as a seasoned real estate attorney. Previously at a boutique commercial real estate law firm, he has dealt with a myriad of transactions, from acquisitions to fund investments and real estate debt financings. His clients range from local developers to international investors, focusing on a variety of property types including retail, life sciences, and mixed-use projects. He earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2013 and holds an A.B., magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Brown University.
Rae Berger's Contribution to the Litigation Group
Rae joins the Litigation Group, coming from a prominent Am Law 50 firm where she represented large corporations in complex commercial litigation and securities-related disputes. Her academic background includes a J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S., magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
